The Kids Fun Run with Thomas is a fundraising event that has absolute synergy with the cause – what better way to raise funds for the worldwide eradication of polio, which mainly affects children, than through the exuberance and enjoyment of healthy children.  Thomas the Tank Engine has such a special place in the hearts of children young (and old) that the day is filled with bright-eyed excitement as the children run alongside the train.
